Quiet Hours (22:00 - 07:00): You are free to use common areas anytime day and night. However, it is strictly prohibited to make any loud noises or have group gatherings (both inside and outside) after 10pm. Please respect and be mindful of our neighbors.

No Unregistered Guests are allowed on the property: please refrain from bringing friends or family who do not have a  reservation, all house amenities and  house access are for  registered Tower House guests ONLY. The home is strictly a home and not to be used for hosting parties, events, exhibits, etc. No commercial enterprising.

A/C: All rooms are equipped with coin operated air conditioning, for both cooling and heating. Average is 2 euros for 8 hours.

Water/Electricity/Gas: Included  in your stay but please be conservative in your usage.

Lights: Please help us save energy and turn the OFF lights when leaving your room. 

Check-In/Arrival: Normally check-in time is from 16:00-18:00 pm. We will do our best to meet you on arrival. However, we also offer self-check-in when required or for late check-in times. Contact us for more info. 

Check-Out/Departure: On the day of your departure, please vacate your rooms and settle any pending bills by 10:00 am at the latest. You can conveniently leave your room keys in the key box. 

Electric Appliances: For safety reasons, please do not use your own electrical appliances in your room. Small appliances such as chargers, electrical toothbrushes or shavers can be used. Hairdryers are available on request.

Emergency: In case of emergency please call 112. Also please inform us on +356 7777 3373.

Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are  located on each level. In addition to fire extinguishers there is a fire blanket and smoke alarm located at the kitchen entrance.

Internet: Wi-Fi  Free access is available throughout the house. 

Payment Methods:  We accept the following credit/debit cards with your PIN: Visa and MasterCard. Payment can also be made by Revolut transfer/Venmo transfer/Zelle transfer.

Parking: No private parking is available, only street parking. Please respect our neighbors and do not block any private parking/garage entrances. Park within white lines only. Double yellow lines must stay clear.

Room Cleaning: Weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of one week or longer. For stays longer than 7 days , additional bed linen and towels will be provided.

Smoking/Non-Smoking: Tower House is a non-smoking house. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone found to have smoked in their room.

Voltage: Throughout the house, the electrical voltage is ~ 230 Volts.

Security: Tower House is equipped with several security cameras on the exterior.
