Quiet Hours: (22:00 - 07:00): You are free to use common areas anytime day and night. However, it is strictly prohibited to make any loud noises, loud music, or have loud group gatherings (both inside and outside) after 22:00 or which creates a nuisance to the neighborhood. Please respect and be mindful of our neighbors.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons on your booking form and no more than 4 guests
No Unregistered Guests are allowed on the property: please refrain from bringing friends or family who do not have a reservation, all house amenities and house access are for registered Tower House guests ONLY. The home is strictly a home. No concerts, parties, events, exhibits, etc. No commercial enterprising.
Breaching this condition may result in the automatic termination of your stay, and no refund given. As with any resident of the island you have a responsibility towards upholding the tranquility of Gozo.
The property owner is permitted reasonable access. The owner will not send anyone to the home without prior notification and arrangement with the lead guest.
Check-In/Arrival: 15:00-20:00. The owner provides entry access information on the day of arrival. For earlier or later check-in times contact us for more info.

Check-Out/Departure: Check out is at 10:00 am. On the day of your departure, please leave used towels in the bathroom, run the dishwasher if needed. Take appropriate care to leave the property in a clean and tidy state prior to your check-out.
Cleaners will arrive after your checkout to turn over for the next booking.
Damage & Incidentals: The lead guest should contact the owner immediately if any damage occurs to the property or its contents. It is advisable to resolve any damages with the owner during your stay.
Air Conditioners: Each bedroom has air conditioning that is operated by a coin meter in the hallway with 1- or 2-euro coins that serves all units. Conserve energy by keeping windows and room doors closed and turn off units when leaving your rooms. Traditional homes generally retain stable temperatures in the summer months.
Electric Appliances: For safety reasons, please do not use your own electrical appliances in your room. Small appliances such as chargers, electrical toothbrushes or shavers can be used. Hair dryers are available. If you have any questions about operating any appliances, please contact us.
Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are located on each level. In addition to fire extinguishers there is a fire blanket and smoke alarm located in the kitchen.
First Aid Kit: Located in the kitchen
Insurance: Overseas travellers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.
Internet: Wi-Fi Free access is available throughout the house.
Parking: 1 car onsite indoor street level garage is available and free street parking. Please respect our neighbors and do not block any private parking/garage entrances. Park within white lines only. Double yellow lines must stay clear.
Towels: We can provide beach towels and beach umbrellas upon request. Please shake out sandy items at the beach or in courtyard. Sand clogs house drains and damages washing machines. Please do not use bath towels for the beach or pool.
Smoking/Non-Smoking: Tower House is a non-smoking house. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. A €50 room cleaning fee will be charged to anyone found to have smoked in their room. Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard.
Security: Tower House is equipped with exterior CCTVs.
Trash/Recycling: Waste collection schedule - please refer to the chart in the kitchen. Bags can be found under the sink. Mixed waste in black bags. Plastic, paper, metal in grey or green bags. Place bags on the specified day in the morning betwenn 6 &7 am at the corner curb in front of the garage. Glass bottles should be placed in grey bags and left in the garage. Bags can be found under the sink. If you miss the collection day place bagged trash in the lidded trash bin in the garage.
Utility Consumption: Please be conservative in your usage.
Water is a very precious resource on the islands. Please do not run water unnecessarily. Run the dishwasher on a full load at night. Use the washing machine for a full load of laundry. Tumble dryer is not necessary to use in the warmer months, consider using the drying rack and allow to air dry
Electricity: Please help save energy and turn OFF the air conditioners, lights, fans, heaters, and small appliances when not in use. Electricity charges on the islands are higher compared to the other countries.
Voltage: Throughout the house, the electrical voltage is ~ 230 Volts/50Hz. Outlets fit type Plug G.
